In response to the suggestion that was made, the Home Treatment Team performed a comprehensive evaluation on Miss Kelly’s current functioning and mental state. The review included an in-depth medical history as well as a physical exam. It also involved a detailed assessment of the psychological and family therapy and a psychiatric diagnostic assessment.

According to the report, Miss Kelly was suffering from a variety of mental health issues, such as borderline personality disorder, bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa.
