Position: OSP Design Manager

Job Description:
1. According to the OSP master plan and ROW situation make the design solution link by link. Design solution should be reasonable and optimized(cost).
2.Organize in-house teams and subcontractors to execute the plan, end-to-end monitor and manage the progress, ensure all targets can be finished on time.
3.Responsiable for the OSP design progress and quality, verify detail design and BOQ.
4.Coordinate with client and subcontractors to ensure the design match the milestone, specifications, and client’s requirement.
5.Organize customer meetings and escalate the main issues to the project management team. Close relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
6.Organize design teams, define the KPI for all team staff, and evaluate the performance, make proper team building.
7.Manage subcontractors, organize subcontractor meetings. Conduct subcontractor workload confirmation.
8.Organize to manage design documents in a proper way.
9. Report to client and project management team daily and weekly.”

Qualification:
– 2 years directly related experience
– BSc in Engineering
